How long will it take to receive my handmade item?
Since many of our pieces are hand-beaded to order in New York City, please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your order ships.

We accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and custom orders are final sale.
