At Susan Alexandra, we want you to cherish your handmade treasures; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the return label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a $10 restocking fee, within 5-10 business days.
